Subject: We Made It!
What we did today:
Friday evening in Beijing. We are settling in to our hotel room to crash. After a full day of traveling, we are exhausted. Thirteen hours on a plane. UGH! There’s only one reason I’d do this again and her name is Keziah Christine Huidong.
It is fun to get to see Beijing again. Tonight it was very dark, but the lights of the city were beautiful. We’re excited to tour some of the places we saw in the summer of 2007 before the Olympics, but we’re not excited about the temperatures. The high should only be around freezing. BRRRR! Even our hotel room is cold tonight.
We’ll find the camera and take pictures tomorrow, but what we’re most excited about – meeting our daughter – won’t happen until Monday.
